Tom brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial law, corporate finance and project finance, advising sponsors, lenders and businesses on complex transactions across a range of industries and asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, debt and transport assets. His experience spans Australia, United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong and the United States.
Tom has extensive experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and complex financing arrangements, including equity and debt transactions, project finance and cross-border transactions. His experience includes advising on major developments, corporate restructures and financing arrangements in Australia and internationally.
Tom has held senior roles with leading Australian law firms, including Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Dibbs Barker and K&L Gates. He also served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of an ASX-listed group, where he oversaw the development and sale of multiple projects and funds, and subsequently established his own corporate legal practice.
