Michael Holmes
Special Counsel
Michael is an experienced commercial lawyer with over 26 years in the legal profession including 10 years as a barrister. His litigation practice covers a broad variety of legal issues affecting commercial entities, with a focus on matters of significant complexity and financial value.
Michael provides clear, practical and commercially focused advice to help clients navigate a wide range of legal issues. He assists with matters involving contracts, corporations, equity, consumer law, intellectual property, building and construction, property, torts, insurance, insolvency and debt recovery.
Michael’s personal experience as a founder, investor and director in start-ups provides him with valuable insight concerning commercial pressures and impediments.
