Madeleine has been working with entrepreneurs and disruptive businesses for over seven years and has helped hundreds of clients throughout their business lifecycle.

Madeleine has experience assisting clients with an extensive range of corporate and commercial matters including business sale or purchase, intellectual property commercialisation, sale of goods and provision of services, capital raising, employment and corporate structuring.

Madeleine is extremely commercial and pragmatic in her approach and focuses on adding value to her clients’ businesses in order to help them find the right solution to their problem. Madeleine is also personable and is able to communicate complex legal matters in a succinct and comprehensible manner.

Before Madeleine joined MistryFallahi, she was with a firm which focused on start-up and technology clients where she advised entrepreneurs throughout Australia on their journey, anywhere from start-up through to exit.

Madeleine acquired her commercial acumen as the Programmes and Communications Manager for Fishburners – Australia’s largest start-up space – where her role was to strategise ways to inspire and support entrepreneurs and emerging businesses to not only start, but to scale for impact.

Prior to her role at Fishburners, Madeleine was the Operations Manager at an early stage tech start-up where she first acquired her passion for using technology to solve real problems.

Madeleine remains actively involved in the start-up scene and provides pro-bono legal services and mentorship to a number of coworking spaces, incubators and accelerators around Australia.
