Joyce specialises in M&A, corporate advisory, capital raising and private equity. She advises Australian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, foreign
investment, capital raisings and other regulatory and corporate governance matters.

Joyce provides high-quality advice to listed and unlisted companies across a wide range of industries as well as high net-worth individuals.

Joyce leads the China Desk at MistryFallahi. Joyce is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in Australia and China. In addition to her domestic practice, Joyce has an extensive network of Chinese clients.

Previously, Joyce worked at a top-tier Australian law firm advising on cross-border M&A, IPO and corporate advisory. Prior to practising in Australia, Joyce worked in China at an international law firm, a top-tier Chinese law firm and a multibillion private equity fund, specialising in M&A and foreign investment.

Joyce has a deep understanding of the difference between the Australian and Chinese legal systems and offers clarity when dealing with cross-border transactions and Chinese stakeholders.
