Jacinta specialises in Wills and Estates and Estate Litigation including family provision claims and contested probate proceedings relating to the validity of a Will.  

In addition to advising executors and administrators applying for grants of probate, letters of administration and the administration of the estate, she guides clients on their estate planning including complex wills, appointments under powers of attorney and enduring guardians and advance care directives.   

Jacinta is a trained Collaborative Estates Law Practitioner and a Collaborative Family Law Practitioner. She uses the collaborative approach to empower and support her clients to resolve the problem ensuring their needs and wants for themselves and their families are at the forefront.
