Bhavesh Mistry is a founding partner and principal of the firm with expertise in the areas of asset protection, estate planning and family law. 

Bhavesh is an expert in advising on complex intergenerational wealth transfers, sophisticated estate planning strategies, testamentary trusts and arrangements required for personal, business and SMSF succession planning. Bhavesh’s expertise in estate planning is recognised and respected as he is often called to speak and present at legal and financial education seminars.

His experience in family law matters involves complex financial issues, including multiple director and shareholder companies, family discretionary trusts, local and overseas corporate structures. 

Bhavesh also uses his negotiation skills to assist estates and individuals through family provision claims and has represented a wide range of clients including overseas and local private businesses, high net worth individuals and family business owners. He is also well known for his commercial approach to the law and uses his skill set to achieve a result for his client with or without recourse to the courts.

Bhavesh is personable, approachable and  empathetic towards his clients. He strives to minimise the emotional distress while aiming to obtain the desired outcome through his strategy and negotiation skills to assist clients with navigating through difficult business and personal circumstances.
